Description
Change of use of upper floors of former nightclub into 1 x 2 bed flat and 1 x 3 bed flat and associated external alterations and including external alterations to ground floor as previously approved under planning application P14/S1882/FUL.(as amended by revised plans accompanying agent's emails dated 16th and 17th April 2015).
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1085.DT.001, 1085.DT.002, 1085.DT.003, 1085.DT.005a, 1085.DT.006, 1085.DT.007, 1085.DT.010, 1085.PL.001d, 1085.PL.002f, 1085.PL.003e, 1085.PL.007d, 1085.PL.010b, 1085.PL.020c, 1085.SU.001b, 1085.SU.002a, 1085.SU.003, 1085.SU.010a, 1085.SU.011a, 1085.SU.012b, 1085.SU.013a, 1085.PL.011d, 1085.PL.012c and 1085.PL.013f, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the brickwork and mortar to be used for any repair/ replacement works to the existing walls shall match the materials used on the existing building.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2, H4, CON7 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
