Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 27th March 2015
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The proposed building by reason of its size and siting would be very prominent in the open countryside. It would be harmful to both the environment and landscape character of the area and to the visual amenities of the occupants of nearby properties particularly Picadilly Cottage and therefore contrary to Policy CSQ3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and saved Policy A1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
