Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1346_101_RevA, 1346_102_RevA, 1346_103_RevA, 1346_104, 1346_105, 1346_106 and 1346_200_RevA, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved samples of all new materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies CSEN3 and CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2, CON3, CON5, H13, G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
All rainwater goods shall be constructed of traditionally profiled metal.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies CSEN3 and CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2, CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
