Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the approved plans, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. The approved plan drawing references are set out in the letter dated 29 July 2014 that accompanied the original application documentation.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The development shall begin within two years from the date of this approval for reserved matters.
REASON: To comply with conditions in the outline planning permission P02/W0848/O and by virtue of Section 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
