Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 14 WFH P300 D, 14 WFH P301 D, 14 WFH P302 D, 14 WFH P303, 14 WFH P305 C, 14 WFH 306 B, 14 WFH 307 B, 14 WFH P308, 14 WFH SL03A, 14 WFH SP30 D and 14 WFH SP31 D, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The materials for the roof hereby permitted shall be constructed in the Heritage Traditional Blend tiles as produced/sourced by the Heritage Clay Tiles company.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
