Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: to comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans,854_23B, 854_22B, 854_26A, CH806_329A, CH806_306A, CH806_305A, CH806_400A, CH806_403A, CH806_309A, CH806_308A and CH806_307A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of works samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character and setting of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and saved Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within the NPPF.
Prior to the commencement of works a detailed specification of any external ducts, flue pipes or means of external venting shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority and any such works shall be implemented in strict accordance with the details as approved.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and saved Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within the NPPF.
All rainwater goods shall be constructed of profiled metal and painted black.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and saved Policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and with advice contained within the NPPF.
