That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, NG 4BD 01A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
This planning permission relates to the variation of Conditions 2 and 7 of planning permission P13/S1821/FUL only, and all the other conditions attached to planning permission P13/S1821/FUL still apply.
Reason: This permission is only for the variation of conditions attached to planning permission P13/S1821/FUL and the details and terms of that permission remain in force in all other respects.
The measures set out in the letter from Monitor Energy Consultancy dated 25th November 2014, which accompanied the application, in respect of sustainable building, shall be implemented prior to the first occupation of the development, and thereafter maintained unless as may otherwise be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure high standards of sustainable design and construction in accordance with Policy CSQ2 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027.
