That at the expiration of a period of 3 year(s) from the date of this permission the use of the land as specified in the application shall cease. Reason: In order that the effect of the development on the amenities of the neighbouring area can be assessed during this period and that any future application can be decided on this assessment in accordance with EP2 and G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The use of the land hereby permitted for the stationing of a mobile catering van shall be restricted to the hours of (19:00-01:00) Monday to Thursday, (19:00- 03:00) Friday to Saturday and (19:00-00:00) on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Reason: In the interests of the amenities of the occupants of nearby properties and in accordance with Policies G2 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

No goods, materials, plant or machinery shall be stored, repaired, operated or displayed in the open without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area, the amenity of neighbouring residents and the openness of the countryside in accordance with Policies CSEN1 and CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
