That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2014.020.01A, 2014.020.02B, 2014.020.04I, 2014.020.05E, 2014.020.03C and 2014.020.06A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P15/S2350/DIS

Samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. bricks b. roof tiles c. timber weatherboarding Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the character of the building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
