Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 656-P43B, 656-P42C, 656-P2, 656-P3A, 656-P41A, 656-P45B, 656-P32B, 656-P31B, 656-P33B, 656-P23, 656-P19, 656-P21A, 656-P24, 656-P25, 656-P39.1, 656-P44, 656-P39A, 656-P17A, 656-P18A, 656-P46D, 656-P4A, 656-P20, 656-P22B, 656-P27A, 656-P28A, 656-P29B, 656-P30B, 656-P40A, 656-P47B, 656-P14A, 656-P15A, 656-P16A, 656-P12A, 656-P11A, 656-P13A, 656-P6, 656-P1A, 656-P10A, 656-P5, 656-P8A, 656-P9A and 656-P7, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Detailed method statement for recording and dismantling and re-erection of barn b. Method statement for dismantling and re-erection of granary c. Details of repairs of south elevation of existing farmhouse d. Large scale joinery details including single glazing for front elevation of existing farmhouse e. New drainage, vents and flues for existing farmhouse Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy (CON 2/CON 3) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Samples of materials in respect of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Brick, flint and tile and specification for their use b. Lime mortar and specification for appropriate mix Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2 & CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All new rainwater goods shall be of profiled metal construction painted black. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2 & CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
