The occupancy and use of the buildings shall be restricted to persons studying or working at the Bishopsland workshops or to self catering holiday accommodation. Reason: That planning permission has been granted for the conversion of these barns into residential units having regard to the special character of the Bishopsland workshops and the fact that the units are to be used in conjunction with the existing specialist educational use or tourist accommodation rather than as independent residential units in accordance with Policy CSS1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies G2, D1, TSM5 and E9 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

This permission only allows for the variation of the conditions as set out in the application description and all the other conditions attached to planning permissions P97/S0123; P01/S1025; P04/E0425; P13/S0025/FUL; and P14/S0852/FUL still apply. Reason: This permission is only for the variation of specific occupancy conditions and the details and terms of the permissions remain in force in all other respects.
