Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory form of development in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

No development shall take place until full details of both hard and soft landscape works and a sustainable urban drainage scheme have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority and these works shall be carried out as approved. These shall include the details of the car parking and turning area. The parking area shall be kept available for the parking of motor vehicles at all times. The car spaces shall be used solely for the benefit of the occupants of the dwelling of which it forms part and their visitors and for no other purpose and shall be permanently retained as such thereafter. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and in accordance with Policies T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The proposed vision splay shall be formed, laid out and constructed in accordance with the detailed plans, which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority prior to the occupation of the development.
