Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, P-14-027-001, P-14-027-005 and P-14-027-003, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details of the exact boiler location/mounting in relation to the internal timber framing shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
