The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2574, 2574-1, 2574-5, 2574-6, TPCE.41.B, TPCE.44, LOC-001, TPCE.43.C, TPCE.42.C and TPCE.51.B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved a detailed specification of any external ducts, flue pipes or means of external venting shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and any such works shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details. Details of repair to the wattle and daub panel, including a specification of the materials to be used f. Method statement for lifting, re-laying and repair works to the threshing floor Any variation to the approved details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Sample panels of facing brick and flintwork walling showing the proposed colour, texture, facebond and pointing shall be provided on site and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant parts of the work are commenced. The sample panels shall be retained on site until the work is completed and the new work shall be carried out in accordance with the approved panel.
