Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The removal of the ground floor dividing wall between the reception rooms and master bedroom wall on the second floor are inappropriate alterations to this listed building which would harm the original plan form of the building and would harm the character and special historical and architectural qualities of the building. As such the proposal would be contrary to Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011, Policy CSEN3 of the Core Strategy and guidance contained within the National Planning Policy Framework.
