The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P18/S2622/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2 Rev A, 8 Rev A, 9 Rev A, 10 Rev B, 11 Rev A, 12 Rev A, 13, 14, 15, 7 Rev B, 4 Rev B, 5 Rev C, 6 Rev B, 3 Rev C, 1 Rev B and 3 Rev D, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of works on the site a sample of the reclaimed bricks to be used for the new chimney stack, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character and setting of the listed building in accordance with saved policies CON3 and CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
