That, the proposed use of the site for the siting of storage containers will cause a significantly harmful visual impact in a prominent position on land which has been identified for redevelopment and will undermine the long term plans of the council for the redevelopment of the area contrary to Policy CSDID2 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy, the Didcot Supplementary Planning Document 2009 and saved policies G2 and D1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
