Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO 001, LOC 001 and EE 001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

All new capping stones should match the existing in terms of material, colour, texture and profile unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Details of the proposed lime mortar specification (ratio and strength) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

A sample of the proposed bricks for any repairs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
