Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1489.11.A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That not withstanding the details submitted in this application referring to works to replace the window shown in drawing 1489.12 and the details of 1489.11, this element of the proposal is not permitted by this consent and has been removed from the application as is reflected in approved plan 1489.11A. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
