Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 13048-001 E, 13048-002 D, 13048-004, 13048-005, 13048-006, 13048-007, 13048-008, 13048-009 and 13048-010, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The garage accommodation hereby approved shall be retained as such and shall not be adapted for living purposes without the prior written permission of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the provision of adequate off-street car parking in accordance with Policies T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials permitted under application P14/S0963/DIS or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2, H4 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
This permission only allows for the addition of garages to extant planning permission P12/S0492 through the variation of the approved plan numbers. All the other conditions attached to this planning permission, and agreed under application P14/S0963/DIS, still apply.
Reason: This permission only concerns the addition of garages and the approved details of planning permission P12/S0492 remain in force in all other respects.
