Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC 001, 400005494-1, 7.8.00.G.AL.P.020, PK402 and 500004607P&E, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That at the expiration of five years from the date of this permission or upon the site ceasing to be occupied by The Thames Valley Air Ambulance, whichever is the earlier, the use of the land as a site for the buildings specified in the application shall be discontinued unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: Because permission is given in view of the special circumstances and operational needs of the Thames Valley Air Ambulance and in accordance with Policy G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That at the expiration of a period of 5 years from the date of this permission or upon the buildings ceasing to be occupied by The Thames Valley Air Ambulance, whichever is the earlier, the buidlings specified in the application shall be removed from the land and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: Reason: Because permission is given in view of the special circumstances and operational needs of the Thames Valley Air Ambulance and in accordance with Policy G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
