The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 14 NUC SL01 A, 14 NUC E2 A, 14 NUC EE01, 14 NUC EP01, 14 NUC P2A, 1124:01-11, 14 NUC SP02 C and 14 NUC SP01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. All existing internal doors shall be retained and upgraded to comply with relevant fire regulations or retained on site and the original windows shall be repaired to match existing.
