The hours of use shall be only as specified:
Almshill Room/Cafe/Retail: Sundays - Thursdays: 08:30 - 23:00 and Sundays preceding Bank Holidays, Fridays and Saturdays: 08:30 - 24:00
Restaurant & Public House: Sundays - Thursdays: 11:00 - 23:30 and Sundays preceding Bank Holidays, Fridays and Saturdays: 11:00 - 24:00
In addition there shall be a maximum of 15 temporary events per calendar year where the Almshill Room/cafe/restaurant/public house can remain open up until 01:30, including New Year's Eve.
The terraced area adjacent to the cafe and garden area lying to the north of the public house and restaurant shall not be used by patrons other than as a means of access between 23:00 and 08:00 on Mondays to Saturdays and between 22:00 and 08:00 on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties from loss of amenity due to noise disturbance and in accordance with Policies G2 and EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
This permission only allows for the removal of Condition 13 and the variation of Condition 16 of planning permission P08/E1278 and all the other conditions attached to this planning permission still apply except where they have been superseded by subsequent applications.
Reason: This permission only concerns the hours of use of the premises and the approved details of planning permission P08/E1278 remain in force in all other respects.
