That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, WE061-SL-001-A, WE061-SL-003D and WE061-SL-009, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
This permission shall be for a limited period until september 2017 or until the development of the site is completed, whichever shall first occur. After such time the advertisement hoarding hereby approved shall be removed.
Reason: The use of the site for the permanent display of advertisements would be detrimental to the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policy AD1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
