Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 756 01, 756 02, 756 03, 756 04 and 756 05, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That prior to the commencement of works a specification of the rooflight indicating the metal frames must be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing. Reason: To safeguard the Grade II Listed building in accordance with South Oxfordshire Core Strategy Policy CSEN3 and South Oxfordshire Local Plan Policy CON3.

That prior to the commencement of works a cross-section showing the structural support requirement where the internal wall is to be removed must be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing. Reason: To safeguard the Grade II Listed building in accordance with South Oxfordshire Core Strategy Policy CSEN3 and South Oxfordshire Local Plan Policy CON3.
