Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO 001, LOC 001, 35PARKST_LOFT_MAS, 35PARKST_LOFT_MAS Rev E and Eye-level 3/4 view Rev D, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P15/S0720/DIS

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs, including replacement bricks where required, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. That the works hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the lime mortar to be used in the reconstruction of the parapet walls has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the structural changes and floor joists required to facilitate the new staircase to serve the second floor bedroom and bathroom, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
