That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2012-2227-A3-LOC, 2012-2227-A3-5, 2012-2227-A3-10, SC-1a.DWG, SS-001, 2012-2227-A3-6A, 2012-2227-A3-7A, 2012-2227-A3-8 A and 2012-2227-A3-9A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.

Details of all boundary walls, fences and any other means of enclosure shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any development.
