That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 615/02, 615/01, Plan X, Plan Y and Plan Z, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The materials to be used for the re-roofing of the property shall be as specified within the applicant's email dated 30th July 2014 unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The works hereby approved do not include the provision of an additional doorway into the drawing room or the proposal to install a tile slip guard to the front roof. Reason: In the interests of the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
