The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1219-01, 1219-02, 1219-03, 1219-04, 1219-05, 1219-06, 1219-07, 1219-08, 1219-09 and 1219-10, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P14/S3895/DIS

That prior to the commencement of works, confirmation of the location and number of fixings required for the permanent scaffold floor shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Cores Strategy and policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and to advice within the NPPF. That prior to the commencement of works, approval of the extent of timber replacement shall be identified on plans which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
