The demolition of single storey extensions which are to be replaced with a two storey and single storey extension at the rear of the property and a single storey extension at the side of the property. Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 01, 07c, 03, 02, 04e, 08, 06g and 05e, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the development hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s).
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The window on the first floor north side elevation hereby permitted shall be installed as an obscure glazed window with a top-hung opening fan light only. The obscure glazed window must be installed within 1 month of the date of this notice and must be maintained as such thereafter.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies G2 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
