Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 14-084-01, 14-084-10, SK/01A and 14-084-12B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the local planning authority, the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the development hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building(s).
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy; and Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the joinery and structural works shall be in accordance with the further details specified within plan SK/01A, received 13th August 2014; and plan 14-084-12B, received 8th August 2014. Any variation from the agreed details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority prior to the commencement of the relevant works.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy; and Policies CON 2 and CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
