The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Following the removal of the render, detailed drawings showing the level of timber repair, to include detailed drawings of the exposed frame and areas for repair, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any further works taking place.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building and in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2012.
Following investigation of the timber frame and level of repair required, details of the external finish shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the agreed details.
