Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P15/S0098/DIS, P16/S1259/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001, 874.2 Rev B, 874.6 Rev D, 874.7 Rev B and 874.4 Rev G, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P15/S0098/DIS

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a. Structural report and method statement for the construction of the cellar b. Joinery details c. Detail of insulation material d. External vents and flues e. A section showing the southeast wall of the barn, with insulation and the brick plinth below Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON3 and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON3 and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
