That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1315/01, 1315/03, 1315/05, 1315/02A, 1315/06 and 1315/04A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P14/S2812/DIS

Prior to works hereby approved on extensions to the main dwelling commencing, a sample of the stonework, and slate, and specification of the render to be used in the external construction and finishes of the extensions shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON7 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. That the development of the extensions and garage hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows (including rooflights and sun tunnels) and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Prior to the commencement of the demolition or construction of the boundary wall hereby approved, a methodology statement shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, detailing: i) methodology for removing the wall and supporting the exposed, raised ground area ii) extent of material to be salvaged and re-used in the replacement wall iii) methodology for rebuilding the wall iv) specification of materials in the replacement wall Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved methodology statement. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON7 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
