Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001a and BLO-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the works hereby approved shall not commence until the following details or samples have been submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority: (a) method statement for formulation of mortar mix and details of mortar analysis to ensure colour match (b) detailed statement for the replacement of matching stonework to include source of replacement stone (c) sample of replacement bricks Reason: In the interests of protecting the listed building and historic environment in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
