Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, B1016.04, 03, 01, 05 and 02, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the works hereby approved shall not commence until samples of bricks for the wall and details of mortar to be used be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason:In the interests of safeguarding the setting of the listed building and conservation area in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON5 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
