Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC 001, BLO 001 and 001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The parking area hereby approved shall be used only for domestic vehicles associated with customers of Hagbourne Garage during the opening hours of the garage ( between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and from 8.00am to 1pm on a Saturday) Outside these hours, the area shall not be used for parking.
Reason: As the site lies within the East Hagbourne conservation area and permission is only granted because the economic viability of the garage and village store rely on the parking area in accordance with policy CSEN3 of the SOCS and CON7 of the SOLP.
That if at any time, the parking area hereby approved is no longer needed by Hagbourne Garage, it shall be returned to pastureland.
Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the East Hagbourne conservation area in accordance with policy Con7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
