The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 01-S-1, 03-P, 04-P, LP, W4013-BR01 and 64034-01-SK, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P14/S1674/DIS

That prior to the commencement of works a plan detailing the relocation of pipes within the floor of the guest bedroom must be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of safeguarding the historic fabric and character of the Grade I listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The exterior of the works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of safeguarding the historic fabric and character of the Grade I listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011
