The acoustic enclosures to all the air handling units shall be installed in accordance with the approved details within 2 calendar months of the date of this decision.
Reason: To safeguard the amenities of residents of nearby properties in accordance with Policy EP2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The acoustic enclosures shall be installed in accordance with the details provided in Lea Hoares' report ('Pendon Museum External Plant Enclosure', ref. REP-1005501-5A-RH-20150325, dated 13 April 2015) and the additional information included in the email dated 2 June 2015 from Colin Grieg of Pendon Museum. Thereafter the condenser units and associated enclosures shall be serviced and maintained so as to ensure that noise levels do not exceed the values predicted within the acoustic report.
