The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 6-0768-BP, 6-0768-02-S, 6-0768-1-S-1 and 6-0768-LP, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P14/S1679/DIS

The works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of preserving and enhancing the historic environment in accordance with South Oxfordshire Core Strategy Policy CSEN3 and South Oxfordshire Local Plan Policy CON3.

Prior to the commencement of works details of the source of the brick and flint to be used in the works shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of preserving and enhancing the historic environment in accordance with South Oxfordshire Core Strategy Policy CSEN3 and South Oxfordshire Local Plan Policy CON3.
