Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2627-04, 2627-05, 2627-03, EF-001, 2627-01, 1, 0813ECF-5B, 0813ECF-2C, 0813ECF-6B, 0813ECF-3C and 0813ECF-4C, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved samples of the following materials to be used in the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. a) tiles b) weatherboarding Reason: In the interests of safeguarding the historic fabric and special character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the works hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all new and replacement openings has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of safeguarding the historic fabric and special character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved details of the proposed insulation material for the barn walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of safeguarding the historic fabric and special character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011. That the works hereby approved shall not commence until a joinery details and method of fixing for the new stair between the store and the granary has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of safeguarding the historic fabric and special character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
