That, having regard to the proposed siting of the sign close to the junction between the A4074 and Church Road Benson, it would adversely affect the visibility of drivers using that junction which would have a harmful impact on public safety contrary to saved policy AD1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That having regard to the size, siting and design of the sign, it would detract from the established visual amenity of this prominent corner location contrary to saved policy AD1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
