Conditions / Refusal Reasons
This permission shall expire after a period of three years from the date hereof, and the portacabins hereby permitted and all associated materials, steps and railings shall be removed from the land by the expiry date of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in accordance with Policy CS1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies GB4 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, as revised 27 March 2014, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission: - Aerial photo showing proposed siting of portacabins - Proposed cabins with deck and steps - elevations - Lower cabin - floorplan - Upper cabin - elevations and floorplan Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved; and prior to installation, external panels shall only be finished in a close match to Ocean blue: RAL 5020, and the fascia trim shall only be finished in a close match to Goosewing Grey 10A05. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
