That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001, BLO-001, 9648-S-02-Rev A, 9648-S-01 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P14/S2157/DIS

The works hereby permitted shall only be carried out using the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of conserving the histotic interest of the building in accordance with Policies CSQ3 and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011, as well as the principles contained in the National Planning Policy Framework. Prior to the re-commencement of any of the works hereby approved, a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows (including a conservation roof light) and doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of conserving the histotic interest of the building in accordance with Policies CSQ3 and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011, as well as the principles contained in the National Planning Policy Framework. Prior to the re-commencement of any of the works hereby approved a structural record survey and analysis of the building shall be carried out and details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To utilise the opportunity to record the historical details of the building for posterity in accordance with Policy CON14 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and the principles contained in the National Planning Policy Framework.

Notwithstanding condition 2 above, prior to the re-commencement of any of the works hereby permitted, a specification for lime render to be used on the chimney shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall then be carried out in accordance with the specification. Reason: In the interests of conserving the histotic interest of the building in accordance with Policies CSQ3 and CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011, as well as the principles contained in the National Planning Policy Framework.
