That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001 and Timber Repairs Specification, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The following details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
· Joinery details for first floor window replacement
· Details of the timber finish
· Details of final lime wash colour
· Details of rain water goods
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy (CON 2/CON 3) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
