The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
i) A method statement and detailed elevation drawing for repairs to the south elevation with extent of timber repairs to be agreed after the removal of the render.
ii) A window schedule detailing the need for repair or replacement
iii) Joinery details for new and any replacement windows
iv) Confirmation of the number of joists to be removed for the new stair and joinery details for its construction and insertion into the existing fabric
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
