The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 13-S-3762-201, 13-S-3762-202, 13-S-3762-203, 13-S-3762-204, 13-S-3762-205, 13-S-3762-206, 13-S-3762-207, 13-S-3762-208, 13-S-3762-209, 13-S-3762-210, 13-S-3762-211, 13-S-3762-212, 13-S-3762-213, 13-S-3762-214, 13-S-3762-215, 13-S-3762-216, SK-R1, SK-R2, SK-R4, SK-R5, 13-S-3762-102, 13-S-3762-103, 13-S-3762-104, 13-S-3762-105 and 13-S-3762-101 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved details of the following materials to be used in the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. a) lime mortar composition for masonry repairs and pointing b) lime plaster composition c) insulation material between timbers d) laths Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved details of the following methods to be used in the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. a) method for cleaning timbers and masonry Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
