That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Location Plan LOC-001, Block Plan BLO-001 and Elevation and Floor Plan CMP-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Within 3 months of the date of this permission, a scheme for the interpretation of the adjacent scheduled monument shall be submitted to and approved by the local planning authority, including a timed program for the implementation of the scheme. This scheme shall be implemented as approved.
Reason: For the public benefit and to outweigh any harm caused by the development to the scheduled monument, in accordance with policies CON12 and CON13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011; policy CSEN of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy; and government guidance contained in the National Planning Policy Framework relating to the conservation and enhancement of the historic environment.
