Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 11103-101D, 11103-105B, 11103-106D, 11103-107B, 11103-108D, 11103-108B, 11103-101E, 11103-105E, 11103-106F and 11103-107D, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Apart from the amendment hereby approved the development shall be implemented in accordance with the approved plans and conditions relating to planning permission P11/E2556/FUL, details of which were agreed under applications P13/S0766/DIS, P13/S1151/DIS, P13/S2062/DIS and thereafter retained as such. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
