That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 20306-01, 20306-02, 20306-03, 20306-04, 20306-05 and OP1-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Prior to the commencement of works, a sample of the brick and details of the type of mortar for the plinth shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with policies Con 2 and Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

Prior to the commencement of works, details of the junction between the existing roof and the new orangery roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
